Q; Are all items listed on your website in stock?

A; 99% of items listed are in stock. If an item is not in stock we have provided an estimate of how long it will take to arrive in to stock above the price label..

Q; How soon can I get my order delivered?

A: For deliveries within a 15 mile radius of Dunloy, We aim to deliver with 24 hours unless same day delivery is selected at check out. For deliveries further away we aim to deliver within 72 hours where possible.

Q; If I order an item can you store it for me?

A; Yes, we will store your order for up to 6 months free of charge.

Q; Do you offer free delivery?

Q; How far away do you deliver?

A; We only deliver within Northern Ireland

Q; Do you have a price match policy?

A; Yes, where possible we will Price Match any Local bricks & mortar retailer provided that it is on the identical model to ours and the retailer has it in stock available for immediate collection/delivery and the guarantee is equal to ours. We will not price match competitors display models or out of stock items. Our price match policy is only available prior to order completion and will not be applicable once the sale has taken place. The policy is non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated otherwise.
