The Montpellier INT750 75cm induction hob is the perfect addition to your kitchen if you need more space for cooking.

The 5 cooking zones are operated via touch controls and have a slider to adjust the heat setting between the 9 available. Should you need to, there is a heat boost function on all of the zones that increases the power to full for a maximum of 5 minutes, helping to speed up your cooking.

This 5 zone hob also has a sleek and stylish design whilst also creating a safer kitchen due to the induction hob producing little residual heat, so your cooker top stays relatively cool. Induction technology works by creating a magnetic field under the base of the pan. This means induction hobs are significantly more economical than ceramic or gas hobs as pans are warmed directly, without wasting energy heating the cooking surface. As a result, food is heated much quicker. *The pan must have a high iron content due to induction working on magnetism.

Other clever features of the INT750 include a pan sensor and a 99 minute timer so you can set the hob to stop cooking after a desired amount of time.

There are also a number of safety features such as a child lock to stop the hob being accidentally turned on or off during cooking, and a heat indicator light to show if there is any residual heat so you know when the surface is cool enough to touch or clean.
